General Questions

Who can buy in Dubai? 

Any overseas or resident investor can purchase Dubai property. 

Government Tax?

There are currently no government taxes of any kind when purchasing a property in Dubai. Nor is there a capital gains tax.

Payment Process

Buyers should only acknowledge information from properly identified Bavaria Gulf employees. 

In accordance with the law No 8, the Trust Account Rules of Dubai Government, all payments will be deposited in an Escrow Account.
